If rented with a balloon purchase delivery is included up to 25 miles. Can be delivered outside 25 miles for small mileage fee. Client responsible for return of rentals; return and pickup if rental only. Can be delivered and picked up for $25 fee. Rentals are subject to a $50 refundable damage deposit.
