Yes! Make sure you have a way to attach the balloons at your event. A 4-5 ft arch can fit in an empty back seat of sedan. 6-8 ft in a small SUV. 10-12 in a medium SUV with both backseats down.

Yes! No delivery fee with balloon purchase inside a 25 mile radius. Outside 25 miles will be subject to a small mileage fee. All rental only items will be charged mileage based on distance if not picked up. A pickup fee will also apply.

It is safe to say balloon arches can be setup 1-2 days early inside and same day outside. We use high quality balloons which can last up to weeks! Balloons are sensitive to the environment, longevity is not gauranteed.

Unfortunately, no. We use only high quality balloon brands. We will use foil balloons or fillers if the client wants to provide.

50% deposit is due at booking to reserve your date and materials. The remaining balance will be due 1 month before your event date. If you cancel at least 1 month from event date, you will be refunded your deposit. If cancelling less than 30 days of your event, you forfeit your deposit. There is a 1 time rescheduling courtesy based on availablity.

Rental items are subject to a $50 damage deposit. This will be refunded as long as item is returned with no damage. You are responsible for return of item to location in New Market, TN. We can pickup upon request for a $25 fee. The peacock chair has a #200 weight limit unless agreed otherwise.
